Equipment Usage:

JG-142C100 Automatic Metallographic Sample Cutting Machine include body, cabinet, electric control box cutting room, motor, cooling system, and abrasive cutting wheel.
In can be used to cut round specimens with max. diameter 100mm or rectangular specimen within height 100mm, depth 200mm.
It is equipped with automatic cooling system to cool the sample, to prevent the sample overheating and burning during the cutting process.
Users can set the feeding speeds due to different samples, so as to improve the quality of cutting samples.
With large cutting chamber and easy operation for user, the cutting machines is one of metallographic test necessary sample preparation equipments for the colleges, factory enterprises.
